How to prepare tastier green tea?


Hello pals! Today the post is for both health and beauty. The beauty in our face is determined by the intake of our body. So to keep ourselves good,  body has to be kept fit.

I was advised to drink green tea by my hubby for my better health. I tried with those flavoured tea bags with no positive results. But the taste of the tea made me to keep it away. Once I came to know about various benefits of the green tea I started to think how to make it better for me to drink. So the experiment which I carried out is on your showcase.
                       

Ingredients Required :

Green tea leaves -  1 tbsp
Honey -  1 tbsp
Lemon - 5 drops
Ginger - 1 inch
Water - 1 Cup

Method :

1. Boil a cup of water and keep it aside.
2. Add green leaves, ginger to it and leave for 3 min.
3. Now filter the residue and add honey, lemon drops to the tea.

Now tastier green tea is ready to serve.

  • Good for hair growth.
  • Helps to maintain our weight.
  • Reduces blood pressure.
  • Good for diabetic patients.
