Burp!!! Burp!! Tips to control Burping(Bleching )

 Many people burp during conversation and annoy other person present. Hmmmm. This may sound simple but it could leave a negative impact on you. In short this burping or belching is caused when excess air(gas) in body could not find a way to escape and the air gets realesed through mouth. So I'm just sharing few useful tips to avoid burping. Share it with people you care.

                   
    1. Drinking cold water instead of normal water.
    2. Whenever you feel burping is more, try mint tea.
    3. Black Tea can also give you relief.
    4. Drinking a cup of Cardamom Tea, relieves digestion problem which leads to belching.
    5. Chewing a inch of Ginger, or Ginger Tea can stop continuous burps.
    6. Citrus Fruits Orange, Lemon can give relief against burping. These citrus fruits removes air in your stomach and prevents burps. So try drinking Lemon juice without sugar, it improves digestion and reduces belching.

Following any of the above said method can give relief for your burping problem and gives smile in your lips.

Discussion and Remedies for various hair problems

Guys, In this post we are going to have a discussion on basic treatment methods for various hair problems. I'm sure this post is going to be a single stop for your multiple hair problems. Every methods that are discussed is experimented and shown good results.

Method 1: (Thick and Dark Hair) 
Take a bunch of Hibiscus flowers and mash it in blender.
Boil in coconut oil, Filter the residue and apply the oil to your hair.

Method 2:(Premature Grey Hair) Mash bunch of Curry Leaves with 4 small onions.
Add thick curd to it. Apply to your hair.
Leave for few minutes and wash your hair.

Method 3:(Reduce Hairfall) Boil Harde Whole Powder(Kadukkai in tamil),Gooseberry powder in a cup of water.
Allow to settle overnight and add lemon juice.
Apply to hair, leave for few min and wash your hair.

Method 4:(Reduce Hairfall)
Add Fenugreek seeds powder to coconut oil.
Leave it undisturbed for a week.
And use after a week daily.


Method 5: (For Dandruff)
Mash handful of neem leaves with little water to make a paste.
Add Lemon extract to the neem paste.
Apply this paste to your scalp before hair bath.

Method 6:(Baldness)
Rub onions or garlic dipped in honey(dip few cloves of garlic in honey for about 5-10 days) on the affected part.
Continue this daily atleast 20-30 days. Within a month you can check short hairs growth in bald area.

These Juices melts your fat naturally

In this post lets see a list of Juices that help to reduce your fat naturally. Without our knowledge we intake high calorie foods from outside, packed foods. Those foods may fill your hunger and add taste to your tongue. But it ends up with fat accumulation. So to avoid that and melt our fat from body, We need regular exercise and some other way to remove the toxins. If we fail to do that, then we are inviting many diseases to our body like heart disease, high Blood pressure, excess weight etc. Here I'm listing the juices that controls your cholesterol level and reduce fat.
 
  1. Cabbage Juice
  2. Parsley Juice
  3. Honey and Lemon
  4. Indian Jujube Leaves Infused Water
  5. Lemon with Ginger
  6. Carrot Juice
  7. Cucumber Juice
  8. Apple Cider Vinegar
  9. Peach Juice
 

Cabbage Juice:

Tartaric Acid present in Cabbage, prevents the accumulation of unwanted fat in our body. As Cabbage is rich in Vitamin A and C, it is good for heart.

Parsley Juice:

Anti-oxidants present in Parsley helps to remove toxins from our body. It also contains Vitamin  A & C, and melts fat from our body. 

Honey and Lemon Juice:

This is one of the old known story(juice). To achieve a flat abs, drink a cup of lukewarm water mixed with 4 tbsp. of Lemon Juice and a tbsp. of honey. Drink this juice an hour before your breakfast.

Indian Jujube Leaves:

Jujube Leaves are rich in Iron, Calcium, Vitamin A,C and B2. Infused water of this Jujube leaves will provide you those Vitamins and Minerals. Just soak few leaves in 500ml of water before bed and drink the water in morning.

Lemon with Ginger:

Add 2 tbsp. of Ginger extract with 3 tbsp. of  Lemon extract and add a tbsp. of honey. Drinking this mix before an hour of dinner will help reduce your belly fat.

Carrot Juice:

Carrot is not only good for eyes but also it helps in melting fat from body. 
 

Cucumber Juice:

Cucumber contains 90 percent of water, hence consumption of this juice will fill your stomach that contains no fat. And also removes toxins from your body.
 

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Mix 2 tbsp. of` Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of lukewarm water. Drinking this mixture at least a day will melt the accumulated fat.
 

Peach Juice:

Peach contains low calories and no fat. Hence intake of this juice for a month could help in weight control.
