5 Simple ways to get rid of Oily Skin.







Milk
                1.           Wash your face with milk. As Lactic acid in milk has the tendency to reduce oil content in skin.

Egg White

                   2.  Lemon is a good cleanser for oily skin. You can also add egg white to it for cleansing purpose

           3.      Apply honey to your face for about 20 minutes and wash in cold water for better results.
            4.       Do not use harsh products in your face which may cause effects to your skin type.

                 5.        Gentle massage with ice cubes daily. It helps to reduce excess oil in skin.


These remedies are very simple and can be done at home by yourself with no side effects. Follow the above said ways on regular basis and say bye-bye to your oily skin. 

Face Packs for oily Skin.




              Oily skin needs special care than the normal skin type. That too in this summer, oily skin goes too worse. Is there any special face pack to treat Oily skin? Watery Water Melon for Face.




                   Water melon contains more water than any other fruits. So taking water melon is advisable in summer season. It keeps both body and skin hydrated in summer. It reduces skin pores and minimizes oil secretion so it can be used for oily skin type.

Water Melon Toner.

   ·      Extract the juice of water melon.
   ·      Mix equal amount of water melon juice and honey.
   ·      Apply it on your face and leave for 15-20 min.
   ·      Wash your face with warm water.



Water Melon Mask.



Instead of honey you can mix cucumber pulp to water melon juice and apply on your face as a mask to remove sun tan. It can heal sun burns

Water melon Scrub.




Take grated water melon and a tbsp of gram flour, apply to your face as a scrub. Leave the paste for 15-20 min and wash it.This scrub helps to lighten your darken skin

Face Pack for Summer Season.



                         During summer the skin needs additional care to with stand the sun light. Here we have a simple solution to avoid darkness in face in this summer. This face pack can be made at home and it is very simple to make and easy to apply.

Things Needed.

Cucumber -1
Lemon juice -1
Fresh Curd- 1 cup (Cup Curd can also be preferred)








üMash the cucumber into fine paste.

ü Mix the Cucumber paste with thick curd and lemon juice to make a thick face pack and apply on your face.

ü Leave for 15-20 minutes.

ü Wash your face with cold water.

Chill Sweet and Salt Lime Soda for Hot Summer

Ingredients.

Lemon - 1
Soda    - 200 ml
Salt      - 1 tbsp
Sugar   - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves - few
Ice cubes - as required.

1. Extract juice from lemon.

2. Add soda and salt(or sugar)to lemon juice.

3. Then add finely cut mint leaves.

Here are few tips to help you people.

1.             Have two baths daily which can help you to keep off the sweat.(Take at least 4oil bath in a weak)

2.           Prefer fresh juices in between food.(Watermelon contains more water when compared to other fruits)

3.           Drink lot of water.

4.         Apply good sunscreen lotion when you go out.

5.          Wash your face and hands when you come back to home.


6.          Drink Tender Coconut whenever available.(This will help to reduce heat in body).


7.          Keep oil to hair daily to reduce heat.



8.          Mostly avoid kids going outside instead can engage kids in indoor activities (like painting, story writing, singing etc ).

9.          Avoid Chicken as it is heat for body(instead can have fish items).

10.    Can add Butter milk daily along with lunch. (Else can have curd rice).
