Struggling to sleep? Here is your remedy

Hi pals, today the post  is regarding  "Sleep". Yes. Few may wonder, but you may not know that many are struggling to get a good sleep. I see many nodding their heads.

Sleep is essential for all, there is no alternative for that. If one doesn't have quality or quantity of sleep, you may feel restless, tired and find hard to focus. To fight against these bad consequences here is a perfect home remedy for good sleep.

Today I saw a Siddha TV show in morning regarding remedy for sleeplessness. With no further action started typing the post here. Ok the post is on.

So the simple Homemade remedy for good sleep is here.



Stuffs needed:

Jasmine Flower - handful (may be 15 flowers)
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Poppy Seeds    - 1 tbsp. (Not more than that)
Water - 1 1/2 cup

Method:
  •  Take all the above said ingredients in a pan.
  • Allow them to boil for 5 minutes.
  • 1.1/2 cup will then reduce to1 cup of water.
  • Filter out and drink the extract.
This drink has no side effects as the stuffs used are natural. With this drink you can fight against tiredness and get a good sleep. Next day morning you will feel refreshed and stress relieved. Can be used for all ages excluding children. For kids, I will come up some other remedy as I heard from somewhere.

Caution:

Make sure that you dedicate the following 7 to 8 hours for your sleep before you take the drink. And it is advised to take the drink only after the meals as you may fall asleep quicker than before.

If you have sleeplessness for more than a day it is better consult a doctor.
Keep in mind that this homemade remedy is not tested for insomnia patients.

Cinnamon- Black Tea for Weight Reduction

Try out this weight reduction Cinnamon-Black Tea every morning and check your weight is considerably reduced. It also keeps you refreshing throughout the day. Its simple but more effective.



 
 
 
 
Ingredients Needed:
Cinnamon - 2 inch

Ginger - 1/2 inch

Black Tea Leaves -1 tbsp

Lemon - 1/2

Mint Leaves - 5 leaves

Honey -1 tbsp

Method:

Boil Cinnamon in 500ml of water in a pan.

When water bubbles add Ginger and Mint Leaves. Leave for 2 min.

Then add Black Tea Leaves. Turn off the flame. Allow it to settle for 5 min.

Filter out.

Add Lemon Juice and honey. Then serve.

Tasty and Healthy Cinnamon-Black Tea is ready.

Discussion and Remedies for various hair problems

Guys, In this post we are going to have a discussion on basic treatment methods for various hair problems. I'm sure this post is going to be a single stop for your multiple hair problems. Every methods that are discussed is experimented and shown good results.

Method 1: (Thick and Dark Hair) 
Take a bunch of Hibiscus flowers and mash it in blender.
Boil in coconut oil, Filter the residue and apply the oil to your hair.

Method 2:(Premature Grey Hair) Mash bunch of Curry Leaves with 4 small onions.
Add thick curd to it. Apply to your hair.
Leave for few minutes and wash your hair.

Method 3:(Reduce Hairfall) Boil Harde Whole Powder(Kadukkai in tamil),Gooseberry powder in a cup of water.
Allow to settle overnight and add lemon juice.
Apply to hair, leave for few min and wash your hair.

Method 4:(Reduce Hairfall)
Add Fenugreek seeds powder to coconut oil.
Leave it undisturbed for a week.
And use after a week daily.


Method 5: (For Dandruff)
Mash handful of neem leaves with little water to make a paste.
Add Lemon extract to the neem paste.
Apply this paste to your scalp before hair bath.

Method 6:(Baldness)
Rub onions or garlic dipped in honey(dip few cloves of garlic in honey for about 5-10 days) on the affected part.
Continue this daily atleast 20-30 days. Within a month you can check short hairs growth in bald area.

Carrot Juice:

Carrot is not only good for eyes but also it helps in melting fat from body. 
 

Cucumber Juice:

Cucumber contains 90 percent of water, hence consumption of this juice will fill your stomach that contains no fat. And also removes toxins from your body.
 

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Mix 2 tbsp. of` Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of lukewarm water. Drinking this mixture at least a day will melt the accumulated fat.
 

Peach Juice:

Peach contains low calories and no fat. Hence intake of this juice for a month could help in weight control.
