Summer Season has began and
we all wanted to get rid of it. But how?
Here are few tips to help
you people.
1.
Have two
baths daily which can help you to keep off the sweat.(Take at least 4oil bath
in a weak)
2.
Prefer
fresh juices in between food.(Watermelon contains more water when compared to
other fruits)
3.
Drink lot
of water.
4.
Apply good
sunscreen lotion when you go out.
5.
Wash your
face and hands when you come back to home.
6.
Drink
Tender Coconut whenever available.(This will help to reduce heat in body).
7.
Keep oil to
hair daily to reduce heat.
8.
Mostly
avoid kids going outside instead can engage kids in indoor activities (like
painting, story writing, singing etc ).
9.
Avoid
Chicken as it is heat for body(instead can have fish items).
10.
Can add
Butter milk daily along with lunch. (Else can have curd rice).
By those points you can
reduce the bad effects of summer. I think it may help you to some extent.
