Hey Pals! In this post I'm sharing you the amazing juices that helped me to reduce weight. All the info about the various juices that aid in weight reduction that are said here, are collected from ancient ayurvedic method.
Juice 1:
1. Peel the outer layer of Aloe-vera(1 long aloe stem), then you will get inner transparent flesh of aloevera.
2. Mash it in a mixer and add lemon juice(half lemon).
3. Drink in empty stomach for better results.
Juice 2:
1. Wash the Bermuda Grass thoroughly and blend in mixer.
2. Drinking Bermuda Grass juice in empty stomach will constantly reduce your weight. This juice also melts your belly fat faster.
Juice 3:
Carrot juice(1 no.) along with honey (1 tbsp)can reduce the fat that are accumulated in your body and helps in fast weight reduction.
Juice 4:
1. Wash Fennel seeds thoroughly.
2. Add Fennel Seeds to your drinking water.
3. Boil it and make this drink as a alternative for water. It shows good result in weight reduction when consumed daily.
Add-on Juices
