Fruits that helps in controlling weight

Hey folks, this post is really going to change diet culture that your following to control your weight. If you are a person who wants to reduce weight; First keep this in mind that, Before reducing weight you need to control the weight gain. That is in take of low calorie food. It can be achieved via Fruit diet. Lets see what are those secret fruits.

Many Nutritionists prefer Fruit diet is best to follow for reducing weight. Here is a list of fruits that help you in weight loss program. Remember always prefer  eating fruits raw instead of cooking or juices.


Plums-  Apart from losing weight Plums helps you to be beautiful always. It removes the toxins from the body. This delicious fruit can be eaten alone or can be added to salads. Prevents constipation also.

Watermelon- Watermelon is fully packed with water. So in take of melons in daily route will reduce our weight. It not only hydrates our body but also contains enough fiber content in it.

Ice Apple - Like WaterMelon, Ice Apple is a water fruit. It also controls your hunger for long time and keeps you hydrated. It helps out in digestion problems, constipation,fatigue and Nausea.

Mango-  Apart from the sweetness, this mango fruit has many advantages.  It is a fruit that will reduce our weight.  Eating Mango at night helps to reduce constipation.

Litchi- This amazing tasty fruit is rich in fiber and so it will be a suitable fruit for weight watchers. It aids in digestion and helps to keep your stomach clean always and improves appetite. It also improves immunity. It also has anti aging properties.

Papaya - Papaya is a low calorie and low fat hence it helps in reducing the weight. And also it is used to overcome from various stomach ailments. It helps for proper digestion and it fight against skin diseases too.

Note: I prefer not to eat Bananas during weight loss program period as it adds on the calories.
