10 Golden Rules to follow to get perfect shape.


Good day Guys!!!! If you want a perfect shape then you surely need to read on the post. Here I gathered most valuable points that are needed for weight loss from various resources. So I think it would help you a lot in all aspects.

 I started surfing for a good alternate remedy to reduce my weight as I'm lazy to do heavy workouts and found few stuffs. The following stuff which I'm going to state below really gave me good results so wanted to share with you people.


Reducing weight is not a big deal just keep it simple. Below is 10 Golden rules that you need to follow in the weight reducing period.
 

1. Follow a good food diet(If you need a diet chart for free just mail me or comment below) .
2. Be active throughout the day. Sleep only at night.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Walk walk walk(Atleast for 45 min).
5. No food from outside or packed food.
6. Say 'No' to Oil stuffs.
7. Have food on time. (Dont skip breakfast). Split your in take of food.
8. Limit your salt and sugar in take. No sugar after 9p.m. Finish your dinner on time.
9. Depression leads to obesity. So dont stress yourself.
10. Have good sleep.
